Help CenterYou can give a course to a friend or family member in two ways: as a full course, or as a gift certificate they can use toward any course.
Gifting a full course
Some courses let you check “This is a gift” during checkout, after you enter your billing information. Just enter the recipient’s name, email address, and an optional message, then complete checkout. They’ll receive an email with instructions for accessing their course.
If you don’t see the “This is a gift” option, send us an email with the course you’d like to gift, and we’ll help you set it up.
Gifting a voucher
A voucher works well if you’d rather not pick a specific course, or you’re not sure which one they’d want. They’ll get a code to use when they buy a course. To set one up, send us an email with:
- The recipient’s name
- The dollar amount for the gift certificate
- A message you’d like them to see when they enter the code, like “Happy Birthday” (optional)
You’ll receive an electronic invoice by email. Once it’s paid, we’ll send you a printable gift certificate, or you can make your own with the code.
