Who qualifies for group rates?
We offer tiered group pricing for:
- Businesses and commercial teams
- First responder organizations
- Educational institutions (schools, colleges, STEM programs)
Discounts are based on the number of enrollments and the type of organization.
How are group rates structured?
Group pricing is tiered so that the per-student rate decreases as your group size increases.
- Small groups receive a modest discount off the standard course price
- Larger groups receive deeper volume discounts
- First responder organizations have a dedicated discounted rate
- Educational institutions receive a special student rate with one-year access (this tier does not include the “test-pass guarantee” refund)

How does payment work?
- Contact us with your group size and organization type
- We’ll send a custom quote
- Once approved, we’ll issue an electronic invoice via Stripe
- You can pay by credit/debit card or ACH transfer
Purchase Orders are accepted for qualifying organizations.
How do students get access?
After payment is received, you can choose one of two options:
- We create the student accounts for you (you provide a list of names and emails), or
- We issue a group access code that students can use to create their own accounts and enroll themselves
In both cases, each student will receive a welcome email with instructions for setting their password and accessing the course.
Can group rates be combined with other discounts?
No. Group pricing already reflects a discounted rate and cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts.
