I assure you this isn't malicious! There could be a couple of reasons.
Are you trying to access it from the sales page?
If you're looking at the sales page, you'll see a "purchase" button even if you're signed in and have already purchased the course.
You can access your purchased courses through your Dashboard, linked here.

Was there a typo when creating your account?
Sometimes this happens - it's easy when you're in a rush! If there was a typo in your email address when creating your account, you won't be able to log in with the correct email address.
If you suspect this might have happened, please send us an email to look into it. We can quickly correct the typo for you so you can use the correct email address.
Do you have multiple accounts?
If you're not seeing your purchased course in your Dashboard, is there a chance you created multiple accounts?
For example, did you create an account for a free preview of something, or a free course, then create another account using a different email address to make the purchase?
This happens quite often - you won't see your purchased course when logged in using a different email address.
We can try two things here:
- You can try logging in using your other account if you can remember your login details.
- We can transfer the enrollment to your first account that you can log in to.
Please let us know if you'd like to do the second option; please allow one business day for the transfer.

Please contact us if you still can't access your courses. Let us know the email address you used to sign up and which course you purchased. We'll look into it and ensure you can access your course ASAP.
