I paid for a course but can't access it!
I assure you this isn't malicious!
Is there a chance you created multiple accounts?
For example, did you create an account for a free preview of something, or a free course, then create another account using a different email address to make the purchase?
This is the case in every instance of this happening - you won't see your purchased course when you're logged in using a different email address.
Your two options
We can try two things here:
- You can try logging in using your other account if you can remember your login details.
- We can transfer the enrollment to your first account.
Please let us know if you'd like to do the second option; please allow one business day for the transfer.
