Canceling or pausing your subscription

Pausing a subscription

Sometimes students may need to pause a subscription to the Fujifilm X Membership if they're traveling, taking on a new job, or have some other circumstances that prevent them from looking at the classes for a period of time.

Please email us if you would like to pause your subscription.

  • You will still have access to all of the courses through the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will lose course access at the end of that billing cycle and not be charged while your subscription is paused.
  • Let us know when you would like to resume, and you can pick up where you left off. Charges will resume at that time.

Canceling a subscription

If you'd rather cancel your subscription instead of pause it, you can do that under your Account settings.

Just click on your avatar in the menu, go to My Account, and then to the Billing tab, where you can cancel your subscription.

  • You will still have access to all of the courses through the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will lose course access at the end of that billing cycle, and charges will stop.
  • You can always re-start your subscription if you'd like to come back; progress in your courses will be saved.
