Changing to Monthly or Yearly membership

How to change from monthly to yearly or vice versa

Unfortunately, we can't change your membership level from our end at this time. You'll need to initiate this yourself by canceling your current subscription and then purchasing the new plan.

Thankfully, however, all of your course progress is saved when you cancel!

You'll need to go into My Account > Billing > Subscriptions and cancel your current subscription. Then go to the sales page and purchase the new plan.

Please note that you'll get the Cancelation survey; you may ignore this.

If you are in the middle of an annual plan and would like to switch to a monthly plan, please send us an email so we can generate a coupon code for you that will prorate your first few months on the new plan.
