That's the attitude that both of us need to have as you go into your test. This course will prepare you to understand the knowledge and show you how to take an FAA test.
Being pragmatic, though, sometimes mistakes happen, and a student might not pass. The current pass rate is 99.8%!
Test Pass Guarantee
I will refund what you paid for the Remote Pilot Test Prep course and the PSI Remote Pilot Exam Fee if:
- You have completed 100% of the Remote Pilot Test Prep course (progress shows 100%) before your in-person test.
- You provide the score sheet showing you did not pass.
- You provide a receipt or other proof of what you paid for the PSI testing center fee (it varies but is around $170).
Multiple failures will not be refunded. "Student" pricing does not include the Test Pass Guarantee.
The refund for the Test Prep course will then be processed via the credit/debit you used to purchase the course.
The reimbursement for the testing center fee must be issued separately through other electronic means, such as PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc.
Other refunds
General refunds can also be issued for the course if you're not happy with it, decide you don't want to pursue the Remote Pilot certificate, etc.
Full refunds will only be issued within 30 days of purchase and if 50% or less of the course has been accessed. Partial refunds can be issued if more than 50% of the course is accessed but will be proportional to what you've accessed (i.e. if you've accessed 70% of the course, a 30% refund will be issued).
