Why can't I see the correct answers in the Practice Test?

How Assessments Work in the Part 107 Test Prep Course

The FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Test Prep course is designed to give you the best possible chance of passing the Remote Pilot exam. The assessment structure is intentional and based on over 15 years of civilian and military flight instruction experience.

The course uses three types of assessments, each with a different purpose.

Quizzes (After Each Module)

Quizzes are short, low-pressure checks of key concepts.

  • No minimum score required

  • Correct answers and explanations are provided

  • At the end of each quiz, you’ll see which questions you missed and why

Use quizzes to identify weak areas and make sure concepts are actually clicking before moving on.

Chapter Tests (End of Each Chapter)

Chapter tests assess your understanding of an entire chapter.

  • A passing score is required to continue

  • Correct answers and explanations are provided

  • Each question includes a reference number in [brackets] pointing to the exact module where the topic is covered

If you miss a question labeled [3.5], you’ll find the explanation in Module 5 of Chapter 3. You can rewatch the video, review the text, or retake the quiz for that module.

End-of-Course Practice Test

The final Practice Test is a full simulation of the FAA Part 107 exam, as closely as the platform allows.

  • Requires a 90% passing score

  • Correct answers and explanations are not shown

  • Questions still include [bracketed] module references, so you know exactly what to review

This mirrors how the real FAA test works: you don’t get answers, you rely on your understanding.

Why Answers Aren’t Shown on the Practice Test

The FAA doesn't publish its question bank to anyone, including test prep providers. That means success comes from understanding the material, not memorizing answers.

Major Part 107 providers like Sporty’s and ASA follow the same approach because it works. And it’s one of the reasons students consistently pass on the first attempt.

Bottom Line

If you can pass the end-of-course Practice Test, you are ready for the FAA Remote Pilot exam.
